Go to health club and go on my diet project!
I went to health club from December 27th to January 27th for my diet project, my health also for my portfolio. I ran running machine for 1 hour, rode riding machine for 30 minutes, and do some stretching for 30 minutes. Every classmates in our class, they call me "fat boy" every day, so I found this chance to lose weight and become a handsome, slim boy, so that after this vocation every classmates will see a wonderful boy and then they will not going to say "fat boy", also my parents said to me that at my age I should not be very fat, because I grow up, I will get ill such as cancer, illness happens and will not easy to lose weight.From this training, diet project, I learned about how difficult being an athlete,
they had to train every day, from Beijing 2008 Olympic games, I knew that athletes they did very good job, especially Liu Xiang, he trained all time before Olympic games, unfortunately, he couldn't run on the track. Every Chinese felt sad, they also knew Liu Xiang trained every day. Also do, I had to go to health club at exact same time or when I had time, and had to do hardly, because I could finish my task successfully, let me felt good. I went to health club 3:00 every day except went to school, I had to take all my clothes that wears during in health club, and washing tower, shampoo, water, and other things. After put the rest of things in the locker, and went into the fitness room, lastly, started the run the running machine.
At first I walked for 10minutes for my muscle got ready and started to run for 40 minutes, walked 10 minutes again for ease muscle, after that did stretching and riding. After finish the training, had shower, went home. At first, I hated go to health club, because I didn't want to moving, doing stretching, running, my parents but after I went to health club, after training, taking shower, I felt cool, something got out from my body, also felt my body light. Doing this everyday, I was exhausted; I didn't go to health club for 3 times. I couldn't bear it, too tired
to go to health club.Although it was a little training, but it gave me big success, I lose four kilograms, I was very surprise, yes, I did, I put more effort on my diet project, also I did dietetic treatment, less eat meat, eat more vegetable. Lastly, I became more patient, running is very difficult, I had to more patients, I couldn't stop, because I had to finish task. This was the most successful thing from this time.
In conclusion, doing exercises is good to us, it can pressing blood up and down, use energy that extra energy we didn't use, if people don't use this extra energy, it will accumulate, and getting fat.
So people should exercise everyday.
