Working in the company~

I went HyunDai Heavy Industries (China) Electric Company Ltd in Zhenjiang China on January 27th , because this company is located in Zhenjiang so I had to go to Zhenjiang before one day, it took 1 hour from Nanjing to Zhenjiang. I worked two days, from January 28th to January 29th, 5 hours each day, below is what I experienced.


I learned about how workers work hard in the company, how difficult it is, if they do some wrong things, such as if there are some technique facility get wrong, some manager, president blame workers that they didn't look the technical facility carefully, or didn't take care of the technique facility, the reason why manager, president blame is they afraid that factory will not going on, if factory will not going on, can't make much money, and company will close it. After manager, president gone, I asked workers who blame by them that how feeling was it, they said it is fine they know manager, president blame them is benefit to them, let them working hard.


After that I thought nowadays it is more difficult to find the job because there are too many intelligent people, but the most important thing is that after get the job we should have to do well own job, because we hardly get job but if we don't make any success in the job, either it is nothing and will blame by supervisor so people should do well their job, and go up, enjoy the job, make much money, have the happy life. During in this company, I did translate Chinese to Korean, cleaning the office, hand the document from person to person, make the hole on the metal in the factory. Making the hole on the metal was interesting, but a little worried, because I made the hole on the metal first time, and I didn't want to waste the material, also there were many workers watching, a little bit nervous. Also, translation, my Chinese is good, but I couldn't speak Chinese very well this time, may be it was in the company, it was about the merchant chance, selling the technical things in the company to the other company.


From this I notice that I have to study hard the language, such as English, I have to study well English, speaking skills, communication skills. I will study very well in high school, and university, choose the major what I like to do, so that I can find what I like to do, also I will study Japanese, French, so that I can go to abroad, communicate with other foreigners, and study more and more what I don't know.


In conclusion, from this Community involvement and employability skills portfolio, I learned many things, notice that me, Dennis is very weak, many things are worse than the other people, what a stupid person am I, so I thought what should I have to improve, how difficult nowadays society, as I said front, people are becoming more and more intelligent, I have to intelligent as other people, having happy life, this is what I learned and experience feeling.
